Ukrainian Golden Ale
The U.S. Open Beer Championship is adding Ukrainian Golden Ale as an official category of the 2022 U.S. Open Beer Championship.   All entry fees will be donated to the Red Cross relief efforts in Ukraine, The U.S. Open will match the first 12 entries.

Ingredients
– Pale Malt: Wheat and Caramel Malts Optional
– Old – or New world hops
– Neutral yeast strain of a Belgian strain with very restrained phenols
– Optional addition of coriander seeds.
